The New Orleans Opera continues to flourish in part by the extraordinary support received from the Women's Guild, Junior Committee and Opera Club. Throughout the year there are many fundraisers and special events conceived and executed by these groups.

Opera Club - Founded with the purpose to further the cultural, social, and civic aims of the Opera Association; to promote, develop, and further the social aspects of the Opera; and to do all things possible which are conducive to the welfare and success of the Opera Association. learn more...

Junior Committee - New Orleans is America's first city of opera - the first operatic performance in this country took place in New Orleans in the 1790s. Today, the Junior Committee of the Women's Guild of the New Orleans Opera Association does their part to ensure that the tradition continues in our beloved city. learn more...
