Emily Treigle

New Orleans native mezzo-soprano Emily Treigle is a winner of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition and a graduate of the prestigious Houston Opera Studio. Her 2025-26 season includes appearances at Canadian Opera Company, Aix-en-Provence, and a return to the Met for The Magic Flute.

Ms. Treigle will join her mother, soprano Phyllis Treigle, in Dialogues des Carmélites— the mother-daughter duo’s first time on the operatic stage together.
